I would be pretty sure that it is nothing to do with W10 or 11 per se or Norton as you can see some servers just not all. As suggested by Karl an older DCS version than RAF servers could be an issue, also check your filters are NOT engaged at the top.... or perhaps in some cases folk have both DCS S...
