In my private messages section, I have the following note:
"You have 1 private message currently on hold because of full folder.
Release all on-hold messages… they will be re-sorted into the appropriate folder if enough space is made available."
Above it I am told that my box in 51% full, and that I have 51 messages out of a total of 100.
I can find no way to "Release all on-hold messages" or indeed to delete private messages.
Can anyone help?

Re: Folder Full?
Alan, I had this the other week, I had to delete some older messages to make room for the new one's. Then click on the "Release all on-hold messages" text to release the messages on hold and place them in your inbox.
Hope this helps.

No, I couldn't read them Luis, that was what prompted me to seek help. They were both marked as 'Deleted by Sender'

Yes. I confirm i deleted and send by email. I was trying to understand if it is full too.
Since your PM box is fixed I re-send again.
