Received Chris,

That's a lot of bedtime reading

Having watched the first 2 videos twice I now understand how to turn and land in a proper manner, putting it into practice is a totally different thing.
Training starts today.

Thankyou

Those of you who want to fly a Huey in obscure locations, should search any of my later missions.

I got into the habit of putting a Huey, somewhere deep in the action, engine running, but on the ground, and 'hidden'. I use it for getting a detailed look at the bad guys, so that I can tweak them into a good position (level ground, visual field of view, not in water, parked in neat rows on the side of the road - even hiding under a tree, etc). You can also move them and use them for JTAC duties etc.

Ha Ha, hence in the PM's I mentioned about freaking out :D

At this time all you need to look at is the 'basic training' doc, and the first 3 videos....

If you have an interest in aero dynamics then when ever you have a spare 10 minutes and a cup of coffee, work your way through the '10 minute' videos after the double row of dashes...

All the ATM's are for reference if you need them at any stage so don't bother about those.

One file to download is RAF AIR UK TACT HELO OPS which I wrote using the ATMs (I have 10 others I have not listed) and will be our reference for all ops - It is in the gunship section.

Once all the cats (pilots) are herded onto discord we can start .
Kind Regards
Chris :)
