I suggest we have a little stick time in tail drag gets before we get too deeply into it.

Just getting people flying circuits would be a good beginning I suspect.

I would like to participate if I can. Like the Huey, I can't really put any serious time in due to working away a lot at the moment, but would enjoy some fun flights if I'm around.

Of Course Mike...

The BBMF I envisage as a series of enjoyable sessions full of fun, banter, beer and BBQs. Some may migrate to serious corners at times, others an auto start, take off and land will be the highlight of the day... but whatever suits I will try to accommodate all comers... If there are any lurkers out there, you do not have to own a WW2 airframe to participate as DCS gave everyone a free one with the TF P51... but please note map will be Normandy this week..

The helos by comparison, to collectively fly, require common skillsets so the minimum of basic pilot was sort of mandatory and those going through the voluntary senior and master stuff, the icing on the cake.

At great expense I have arranged a large formation of bombers meandering around just waiting to be escorted, smile for the cameras etc.... It will come as no surpise though that a lot of the WW2 Assets are broken in game....

And for a bit of Craic, a gated race circuit with gates and timer.... Air Commodore Richard Rodgers - RAF Air UK, (BB, AFC+bar, WBTC 2003) has placed aa barrel of beer behind the bar for the winner...!

I'll take some of this action, I've only flown my spitfire a handful of times, but would like more stick time in the old girl.

Anyway, this SUNDAY 23rd AUGUST 1930UK I'll have the NORMANDY Map & WW2 Assets Pack server up with all client prop craft available (yes, including the YAK, at times I like to take her up too)

Getting used to basic airman ship and navigation with maybe a few strafing runs against the "Bosch"

Some 'one on one' could be a nice intro dog fighting skills, the bombers are there with the reds moved nearer and the race track course too. I'll see if any of the locos are working for the mustangs to vent their rockets upon....

Please give a nod if interested.... thanks...
