Training Flight - Tues 23 Nov.

The next RAFAIR flight is 7 Dec. We have a gap of 2 weeks.
I've put a mission together for 97Sqn. I guess just a 4 ship. Outline is:-
1. T/O from Kutaisi
2. 3000ft to the dam, with LL through the valleys, climb over the high point, and continue LL to Nalchik.
3. Boar 1 detaches close to Nalchik, and destroys the SA-19.
4. Boar 2 hits the runway with 12*Mk82 retarded.
5. Boar 3 destroys 6*SU27s with 6*Mk82 retarded or 42 unguided rockets and gun.
6. Boar 4 destroys 6*SU34s with 6*Mk82 retarded or 42 unguided rockets and gun.
7. Transit at 4000ft to valley entrance. Different LL, over the high point, and descend LL heading to Vaziani.
Flight time from brakes off to landing is 1hr25mins. The Nalchik strike will be a single pass. What we miss, lives to fight another day.
I will take the Tunguska. If I miss, Ill ask the flight to orbit, whilst I do a second run.
If you agree, I'll have the mission ready by Tues mid day, and the brief soon after.
Maybe we could have it added to server 1.
I'll hold until I see your response.

Not sure about retarded bombs against a runway. Have you checked the effects? You usually need some penetration to destroy concrete.

This image is retarded Mk82's at Nalchik. They make a hole, not not very effective. Maybe normal Mk82's from 1000ft would make a bigger crater.

Below is the miz for our flight. It would be good if you could add it to RAFAIR server 1. We will then be able to use SRS. I haven't seen any other Squadron asking to use the server.

Bidding is now open for Boar 2, 3, & 4 slots. I will fly Boar 1. Boar 2 strikes the runway. Boar 3 & 4 hit 6 red fights each.
