I'm not improving fast enough with my health unfortunately so need to push date of my group mission back one week please.
Will now be run Tue 10th Jan 19:30
Please return miz files by 3rd Jan so an extra week or so to sort your plans out
In answer to the above btw any Armor spotted in your sector should be taken as the highest priority to engage, be it MBT, IFV, or APC etc. Soft skin and static targets immediately drop to low priority in the event of any Armor showing up from drones or forward recon teams in each sector. This applies to all squadrons

Sorry your health not back to where you would hope. Get yourself sorted.
On the plus side, I can make the 10th

OK, given the priority, I will look at re-jigging the load-out - probably exchanging 15 rockets for 3 more GBU-12s

The final version of Centurion 2 for the A-10 is attached. I have included 4 slots, with the intention (hope) of flying them as two 2-ships.
I have left them as hot take-offs, because we may need to hanga round in the target area, and I am not convinced that we shall have air cover for the latter part of the mission. Basically, the force splits at WP 3 (SPLIT).
The first element take the following targets

The first element use GBUs on the following targets: WP 6 (W Bridge)
WP 8 (ZSU - W)
WP 10 (ZSU - S)
The second element use GBUs on the following: WP 7 (E Bridge)
WP 9 (ZSU - E)
WP 10 (ZSU - S)
Flt lead is to exercise overall command of all A-10s, and re-assign tgts as required. Finally, the main FOB area (WP11 is to be attacked. using LGRs
Additionally Red AFV are expected to use the road between the E Bridge, the W Bridge, and along the road to WP 12. These would be a high-priority target, and any remaining LGBS and LGRs are to be used to take out these targets. Note that Blue forces will be present immediately to the south of WP 12.
I am still having some problems with my set-up, but i do hope to have it sorted out before this mission.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Can I please clarify your coordinate type if given to input on the A10?
Sorry I can't remember the exact terminology but either
N 33 33 30 Type or
N 33 33 .500 Type or
Mgrs 10 number format

Re: Op Centurion Part 2 Tues 3rd January 2023
There's a lot of talk above about expecting IFV by the way, please re read the brief as it does say Heavy Armor, MBT, IFV, APC are priority, please don't expect medium armor IFV to be taking front line positions towards Blue MBT positions
