Its been a labour or pure hate however I may have a solution to our ATC issues, by the way of a working ATIS working in conjunction with SRS!

please try it out and let me know what you guys think!

ATIS frequencies
ATIS Al Dhafra AB 249.000
ATIS Al Ain International Airport 248.000
ATIS Al Maktoum Intl 247.000
ATIS Al Minhad AB 246.000
ATIS Dubai Intl 245.000
ATIS Fujairah Intl 244.000
ATIS Sharjah Intl 242.000
ATIS Khasab 241.000

ATIS Mother 250.000 …..thats right I have even set it up for the carrier!

All frequencies are also listed on the briefing page.

Excellent work Matt.

Do you think we are ready to return to combined missions on Tuesday nights?

Hopefully the memory update will be done by then.

Thanks Matt,

I used Al Minhab ATIS prior to taxi and then again prior to rejoining to land, and it definitely adds to the immersion, and importantly provides valuable information to pilots. Fantastic change :D

Thanks for adding the ATIS, it's really immersive.

At Al Minhad AB, ATIS says runway 090, ATC says 270. I know DCS has it's problems in many ways so do we just need to work around this? Should we go with ATIS rather than ATC? And should we just make our intention known to other users on SRS and not use DCS ATC?

Also Arco Tanker wouldn't let me pre contact after initial call back, but I'm pretty sure this is DCS as Paul had problems the other week on Flyco's server.

Thanks for all of your hard work, I'd imagine it's a very frustrating task getting this all up and running.

Cheers
Andrew

To be honest I'd go with the ATIS rather than DCS ATC as the mission wind is set for a 09 departure.

Sadly I cannot fix the ATC it is a DCS issue, I will double check Arco today see if I can find a fix buddy!
