Tacan on the SC's

Post by Alien »

Hi Guys,
Today 6th June, I have been on both servers and neither of the Tacan settings work with the F14,
The briefing says 74x but we know that was for the Stennis.
The Roosevelt should be 71
The Lincoln 72
The Washington 73
The only Tacan prefix I could get to work was 96X which if memory serves is Al Minhad

When it's convenient could someone have a look and fix please,
It could also be the DCS GREMLINS of course

Many thanks

Ignore the brief the tacans are relevant to the ship, so I'm guessing its a gremlin in the matrix

Regardless I will double check if only to amend the briefing pages unless I can create some fix.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention Shane.

Matt.

It is mate, it is dead, deceased, no more.
I always manually do it..
This morning, Sunday I went on server 2, Caucasus SC is Washington but the Tacan is 74X, should be 73, however it was working on 74X so that was good enough to practice Auto landing
I wasn't practicing the landing as such more getting the needles right and lined up in the dark.

Was it definitely the SC you landed on? As the stennis is about 15miles further out to sea....but I'll be checking once I get home this afternoon

So looking at the mission files TACAN is set up correctly for both SC's.....could be a bug in the matrix, so I will reupload both mission files and hope that fixes things......if not I will need to look deeper
