Quite right Mutley. If someone leads, someone will follow (if only out of a sense of morbid curiosity).
I would welcome anyone who wants to draw up a master template of aircraft-airfields-callsigns-frequencies-hairdos etc.
Actually, on reflection, sorry, ignore the hairdos - I have seen some of the hairdos that the youth of today sport and I would only consider wearing one if it were for a kamikaze mission.

Hairdos are optional, if you fly an F14, Ray Ban Aviators are compulsory lol

Happy to help with a base mission template if you need me to.

Father Cool - there deos seem to be a lot of pressure for a 'template' but none of it from me.
If anyone does want to draw one up they should feel free. I would certainly look at it, but could not guarantee to use it.

Re: Flycos's Meanderings about Missions and the Meaning of Life,
Folks hold fire on this for a short while until rhe WG defines exactly what is required and in what format. My original post spreadsheet was just a concept...
Once defined, format and content its all yours

Re: Flycos's Meanderings about Missions and the Meaning of Life,
I don't see the working group defining a rigid format that mission planning must take.
In fact I wouldn't mind seeing some concrete idea of what the WG is planning to look for. All I have seen is warm but woolly words about "identifying the way ahead" or "defining the future". A little more hard detail and less "broad sunlit uplands" would encourage me no end.
All I want to see is more discipline and responsibility, and hard, specific written detail.
