LAST UPDATE BROKE TACAN WITHTHE TANKERS - FIX

I was asked about TACAN not working correctly for A2A with the tankers. It was broken in the last update certainly with F18s other aircraft I'm not sure.
A quick fix to keep missions running is to set it up all 'wrong' and it will work, ha ha how DCS eh!
This works for me... as of 7th JAN 22
[1] In the ME do not have bearing ticked and have it assigned to a unit.
[2] In the aircraft DO NOT have AA engaged ha ha ha
