It looks like my version of Univers radio (0.0.2.3) has ran out and has prompted me to update to the latest (0.0.2.4). The problem is that the download on the Univers radio webpage says it contains Malware and my PC is for none of it.
Can anybody help?

I've downloaded and installed it, and I have had no alert Paul.
I suspect it is a false alarm as I have had no issues with it since installation.

I've also installed it without any alarm bells from Norton, and it seems to work OK. Since it's taken me around 10 days to get my new rig up and running (nearly), I will not be happy if it does go do-allege.
