Basic A-10C Formation Keeping Practice

Post by Flyco »

I have attached the first of a number of A-10C training missions that I am planning so to allow members to 'keep their hand in' without embarrassing themselves in front of their fellows.

It is a basic formation mission, in which you are No 2 to a lead A-10C, who simply flies for 30 minutes on a constant heading of 240 degrees magnetic, at a height of 15000 ft, and a speed of 221 kias. You start off around 500 ft from him, with his aircraft in your 11 o'clock. Simply click on FLY and then close in to whatever position you want to practice.
