SRS update including F16 support

Something seems to be wonky with the SRS Overlay, In A-10 Or F-18, the top Freq window relates to the VHF Radio, and Middle Window relates to the UHF radio.

But in the F-16, the Top Window relates to UHF, and the Middle window relates to the VHF.

Just my observations, from a test with Maggsy a few minutes ago.
