I've joined last week, would like to do some RIO flying with you.

Can fly front seat when necessary, too, but I guess there are many pilots and few RIOs out there, so will be more useful as a back seater.

What is the best way to start? Should I just join you one day on TS or agree the time & date first?

Hi Veenee welcome aboard. Yes you can join us on the TS channel, there are a few of us that fly very regularly who are on most days.

We also have a squadron whatsapp channel that Scooby should be able to add you to.

Welcome Veenee. Another RIO is always a welcome thing.

Is your name a play on Vne, Velocity never exceed? If so, you have come to the right Sqn as we are always hovering around that mark lol

Hi Veenee, by all means drop into TS chat anytime, Shaggy is our current self taught RIO and he will help in any way he can, I know his first response to any potential RIO would be to go through the RIO tutorials, probably 2 or 3 times or until as such that you feel competent that you can take Jesters role.
