SSD DRIVE

HI everyone
NEED A COMPUTER WHIZZ KID .I VE INSTALLED A 500gb SSD , it is showing up in device manager , but not in the disk drive window I cant access it to format , apparently this is a known issue with win 10 but the fix are not working , cause the drive is not being recognised for me to apply , the SSD is showing up in the BIOS but for some reason I cannot initialize it any tips

Type disk managment into your taskbar search and click on create and format hard disk partitions.

Your disk should be in there but not formatted or given a drive letter yet. You will need to format it and set up its drive letter etc before you can use it. Format it as NTFS and partition it as you see fit, if its dedicated for dcs you may not want the full 500gb for the game and may want to have it split, its upto you.

My problem as you can see the ssd 500gb is in device manager , but not in disc manager . Disk 1 is a 1 TB Standard disk the samasung is not there to format

Why do you have 2TB unallocated?

I have just reinstalled windows the unallocated is a hard drive I had in originally .I used it to store all me games and photos on

try running windows memory diagnostic

No joy just reinstalling onto the smaller 250 go SSD

Are you using a flash drive installer for windows? If so, just disconnect the old drive, change bios to point to the new ssd and install windows. When you reconnect the old drive it will gob off at you about windows not being activated, but you can tell it you are using it as a data store and crack on.
