Mission Makers required for Human RIO training program

Do we have Mission makers within the Squadron or in the other Squadron's? I think Father knows his way around the Mission Editor?

I have some ideas for some basic RIO training scenario's that i would like to work with some one to create. My initial thought process behind this is:

* Have a 2 ship flight of Pilot and RIO for 1-1 training

* Have a Team speak channel created for RIO 1-1 training whilst we keep SRS open to comunicate with flight and instruct pilots where to head and what to do. I am happy to also include pilots into this group as its essential that pilots understand the abilityof the AWG-9 and what the RIO see's. Jester makes it look simple!!!

* Ideally i would like a mission creates a relaxed approach to cover multiple lessons in:

Cold Start process
INS allignment Land and Carrier based
Inserting Waypoints
CAP panel basics
Datalink set up
Radio setup
Tacan setup and CMD button

* KC135S in orbit in a safe zone for AAR practice

* AWACS for datalink and TID training

* Bombing Range

* Air to Air hostile zone 3-4x easy targets to practice in an orbital patrol patern to practice DDD detection methods

Im not asking for mission loaded with static objects for immersion, just something that covers the items above, wether they be trigger based or inserted via F10 activation? Hopefully this can be done easily enough or maybe you have seen a similar mission file elsewhere that we can use? I appreciate that this would take someone time to create and develop and im willing to assist in testing and spend time on TS3 to discuss in closer detail.

Ultimately it would be good to try and improve our ability as a squadron and enable us to multi task in missions. Any help would be greatly appreciated from anyone.

Main Server is running like a dog turd at the moment for me, last 2 days i have had sevear performance issues, it was great last week and seems ok on mission night. Is there anyway some of the static objects at Kutaisi could be reduced for those of us still on 16gb RAM! :? I am upgrading soon to 32gb

We have had smoother flights when myself or Father has hosted. I also asked this because i noticed on the server list that all the other squadron's seem to host their own training rooms, maybe they are having the same performance issues on Server 1?

I can probably adapt the current training mission for this.

To be honest that is what I have been working toward with it so shouldn't be too hard to finish it off.
