Missing textures that I could see but Boos was saying everything looked ok to him while he was in the pit

Yes it seems the lua file in the default skin is asking for a different helmet. You need to go into the lua for the skin and set the helmet to match the one in the file. I suspect I left the FC tag on from when I had my helmet in the default for me. No one ever flys the default skin so its been missed all this time. I will do a fix when I get 5.

I fact just looked again and there is something really messed up there with the skin on your pc.

look at the side of the pit, that is from a different part of the plane. iv seen this alot recently, might need to redo the skins father

Usually happens when I pull to much G.
Seriously though. It looked okay on my screen, I've only had problems with the helmet part on both the default skins.

Nothing to do with the skins. Its how they are on your stored on your pc. They all look fine on my screen.

Just checked the files. It seems as I thought that the description.lua points to PILOT_HELMET_FC instead of PILOT_HELMET. You can edit the lua or just rename the pilot_helmet.dds to pilot_helmet_fc.dds both ways will work. As for what you are seeing there Shane it looks like your skin files have gotten messed up somehow. The skin appear to be correct and work fine on my machine.

The helmet issue is also present on the black nose version too.

I've got the RAFAIR OPTIONAL SKINS In my saved games, I'll swap them out,

I did ask on Discord awhile ago but only got an answer from Veenee, neither have been in touch so I'd say mag to grid
