1 SQN are now marching forward with Robbo, Ben, Speirs, Weasel, Fodder and Coot all started on the documented Harrier competency based training programme.

Hendo will take the lead on weapon systems and JTAC with Plexi leading on all things carrier and I managing progression and the other bits. Once all are past the basic pilot stage we will rotate every other training Thursday with a relevant mission based on current attained competencies. If no RAF Air Tues Mission then a mini mission will be thrown in there for those who can make it.

Anyone else with a Harrier gathering dust in the Hangar who would like to join in just shout. There is no requirement to join the Squadron if you do not wish i.e. Fly the Harrier as a secondary airframe just bring plenty of beer tokens or sweeties LOL...
