Q waypoint. It locks the Lantirn onto the waypoints set in the nav computer. Its used as a way to get the Lantirn in the rough location of the target. It scrolls through wp1, wp2, wp3, fixed point, surface target and homebase.

where do i put the lantirn files?

The root is in the zip file. You just need to unzip it and copy the coremods file into your main install. Save the original zip though somewhere though as you will need to put it back again whenever dcs updates as it will overwrite the lua.
I do it via OvGME to make the process easier.
