The kneeboard can be adjusted to remove unnecessary slates. Then you put in the ones you need. There are about 3 that stay and are mandatory, but rest you can take out and put your own in.

It would make sense for us to have mission/exercise specific kneeboards set up so you just activate the appropriate one for whatever you are planning to do.

Much like Scoobs I never use kneeboards as there is about a thousand pages in mine.
