Added radar stuff on my tablet screen

Was having a nice chat with Shaggy last night about radar use and using ground stabs etc.

I have now added radar range buttons and air/ground stabs selectors which tap into the RIO pit control like the lantirn and Nav mods do. The less Jester has to do the better for me!

I also added radio keys as reaching for the keyboard can be a hassle for my setup.

I built it in Helios. I used to have the TID exported where the radar and radio buttons are but it lags too much so binned the TID off.

What is this "Helios" you speak of, seems like something I might need to get

It is free software that speaks to DCS! You can build you own displays and control panels etc on monitors and touch screens.

I have a Harrier one I did too with the MFDs and scrolling maps etc.

If you look on the show us your pit thread in the general chat you can see the F14 one when I had the TID on.

I take it those F Keys are the radio pre-sets ? I use my F keys for outside views etc,

They just replicate the F keys. Only easier to reach.

You can use them for external views etc as well.
