Chaff/Flare audible feedback message

As I mentioned to some of you the other night, on a cold start I cannot get the audible feedback message to work.

I have found the solution, sounds like a bug rather than how it should work.

1. LIST
2. 7 CMDS
3. FDBK is defaulted to on
4. Using data command switch, cycle to FDBK
5. Turn off with 1 T-ILS on UFC
6. Turn on with 1 T-ILS on UFC
7. Press ENTR on UFC
