F16 Start Up

Hi guys,
In the absence of my ability to make a halfway decent YouTube type tutorial video please see attached a track file that shows me doing a 'fast start' (read 'normal') start of my F16 from cold to taxi. (Note the file is a zip file so needs to be extracted and placed in your DCS tacks folder C:\Users\[Username]\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Tracks. You can then play it by going into DCS, going to 'REPLAY' and selecting and playing the file.

Please find below the sequence I use. Not a minor mistake regarding interior lighting, but when push comes to shove, trust me when you NEED it you will get it in the right order ;)

START UP SEQUENCE:
Internal Lighting Panel: Set to preference (I miss this step in the vid and set it later).
External Lighting panel: Set as required.
Main power switch: On to MAX.
Canopy: Close and lock.
Jet Fuel Switch: Jet 1.
Parking Brake: On.
WAIT: Check for RPM steady at 20%.
While waiting for 20% RPM:
- HUD brightness to max.
- HMCS to max.
Throttle: Out of Idle Detent.
WAIT: Check for RPM steady at 63-65%.
While waiting:
- Back up radio source to BOTH & Channel to PRESET (note this is a preference, you could just leave it off it makes little difference).
Avionics panel: Turn on all 7 avionics switches (note MAP and DL have no in game function).
Sensors Panel: All 4 switches on (including chin hard points).
Avionics panel: Set INS KNOB to Stored heading alignment.
CHECK: INS alignment page comes up on the DED and alignment is running.
While INS aligns:
- Threat Warning Auxiliary Panel: Power on for RWR (listen for beep tone).
- CMDS Panel: x3 vertical switches (MWS, JMR, RWR) all on.
- CMDS Panel: x4 horizontal switches (decoy channels, chaff and flares) on.
- CMDS Panel: MODE KNOB to preference (standby/manual is typical).
- SAI: Uncage and set SAI.
- Perform full sweep of cockpit.
Once alignment complete: CHECK – DED shows flashing RDY and HUD shows flashing ALIGN.
Avionics panel: Set INS KNOB to NAV.
CHECK: HSI shows no red tape, tadpole is now present on HUD and steerpoint diamond is no longer centred in the HUD (unless by a very unlikely coincidence the first steerpoint is actually right there!).
Dobber: Dobber left (RTN) to come out of INS page on the DED.
IFF Panel: IFF MODE KNOB set to NORM.
CHECK: IFF mode and channel information now shows in the bottom left of the DED CNI page.
Avionics panel: MDS KNOB to on.
Right MFD, on HSD page (OSB 6): Change set to XMT L16.
ICP T-ILS (#1)page on ICP: Set TACAN as required.
LIST #2 (BINGO page): Set bingo as required (normally to pre-briefed JOKER).
If flying solo or you are flight lead: Calibrate on board time with sim time via F2 and using the ICP TIME (#6) to set the time.
CHECK: Time has been input into DED.
MISC: Pilot to set any other systems (including weapons) as per preference or as briefed.
EJECTION SEAT: Arm.
Auxiliary panel lights: Set to TAXI.
Nose wheel steering: Turn on using MSL STEP HOTAS command.
Report: “Ready to taxi”.
