F16 IFR T/O & Approach/Landing

Post by Sharpe »

All,
For those embarking on BFJT I have completed two tracks for you to watch showing the 'SIDS & STARS' we will use for Vaziani during BFJT#5. - Enjoy the view! ;)

NB: I have added the ACMIs and also a mission file with 'live' aircraft ready in the air/on the runway for those that wish to practice.

For reference these are the 'plates' we are following (as there are no SIDS/STARS plates that I can find for Vaziani):
Take off:
Fly runway heading until above A2 (QNH).
Begin climbing right turn to 270.
Intercept 270-degree radial for 44x Kutaisi (KUT).

Approach/Landing (Runway 31):
Intercept 090 Radial for 22x Vaziani (VAS).
40nm DME descend A10 (QNH)
Intercept and fly 21nm DME arc.
In the arc, descend A3.
Intercept runway (31) and fly ILS to land.

There is a Vaziani ARR/DEP JET RWY 13/31 Plate in DCS itself. On my set-up they can be found as a total package in Doc\Charts\DCS_VAD_Charts_A10C.pdf.

These are what I use for recoveries to DCS Caucasus airfields.
