Ah, tanker. Got you.
The F-16 has an HSI. As such, it understands sensing. If the instruction is to follow radial 090 inbound, the HSI is set at 270 degrees and displays TO.
Now that it makes better sense to me, I’ll try to fly it trial it but I have a very busy Sunday and Monday so not sure if I’ll manage.

As a one off, these dates are fine, but please be aware of the wider scheduling of activities.
Sunday is WW2 night and Monday Rotary wing night.
If the training is to become a fixture, could you bear that in mind and try not to limit your pilots choices if they wish to fly with XIX and 60 Squadrons too please?

Since the reformation of the squadron we have made great strides building the numbers back up and trying to push ahead with our training program. Lately we have struggled a bit with our training due to both Covid and real-life, especially on the instructor front.
To that end we are carrying out ad-hoc training as and where we can at the moment to supplement our normal training program.
Whilst I have no intention of making Sunday/Monday our normal training night, there is no mandatory requirement proviso to attend this or any other training night. This particular training is additional and optional. If the guys would rather fly with their secondary Sqn's that is their choice. It is also the reason I asked who was available and when.
