Operation Cease Train

Situation.
1 Squadron is to conduct a strike on an insurgent training camp operating deep in the valleys 45nm west of Shiraz Int Airport.

1 Sqn Mission Fragment.
1(F) Squadron are to strike the insurgent camp located at (29”31’35N, 51”46’19E) using Mk82SE adopting a low-level tactical route through the valleys to reach the target.

You will deploy from HMS Hermes and HMS Bulwark which have collocated to assist you in this task, you will be free to conduct engine start at 0320 local time and expect takeoff clearance not before 0330, there is no TOT for this strike.

Threats.
There has been noticeable red AAA activity with the possibility of MANPADS therefore all pilots are to be aware when within the vicinity of the insurgent location. Although the route in from WP 3 is considered dangerous territory.
