31/08/21 Operation Dengizich V2

Post by Matt »

This will be the second part of Ellac, operation Dengizich.
Incirilk has been knocked out and the Turkish forces have taken a bruising on Cyprus, however with 35,000 troops on the little island and support still on the way from the Turkish mainland, RAF Air still have plenty to do!

RAF Air
We have been instructed to damage key infrastructure facilities in southern Turkey while keeping casualties to a minimum. A hydro-electric power station has been identified as a suitable target.
Turkish forces need to be slowed through the Troodos mountains, blocking roads and hitting HQ’s.
The Air bridge of C-130s bringing advanced Russian weaponry must be halted, hitting the runway at Pinarbashi and taking out any aircraft.
The Pontoon jetty at Gemikonagi must be destroyed to halt further Russian equipment coming ashore, Tankers must not be hit and cause an environmental catastrophe.

As seen we are striking a dock on the northern coast of Cyprus.

Kneeboards
Due to SA19's in close proximity to the target i have split the flight in two:

Colt 1 Flight

Colt 1 and Colt 1-2 will conduct SEAD against two known SA19 sites - you have Sidearms and a pair of GBU12's per jet to achieve this for flexibility

Colt 2 Flight
Colt 2 CAS Kneeboard.pdf
(5.88 MiB) Downloaded 66 times
Colt 2 and Colt 2-2 (and Colt 2-3/2-4 numbers dependent) will conduct the strike against the dock (ensuring the tanker moored at the end of the jetty remains intact) with the use of 2xGBU16's on each jet along with TPOD and gunpod

Scheme of manoeuvre
the plan of manoeuvre will be Colt 1 flight taking off at 1603 local time to proceed with the SEAD suppression while Colt 2 flight takes off at 1608 local time for a 1620 TOT.

Additional Info
the load outs are flexible as we have a cloud base of around 11000ft, we have 30 mins after server unpause to get the jets turned around.
