1(F) Squadron please see attached Kneeboards for Tuesday.

Situation
Our mission (should you choose to accept it) is to destroy the entrance to the Roki tunnel just south of the Russian border in the mountains then we are to search and destroy for enemy that may have already made it through the tunnel heading towards friendly forces located to the south along the MSR (Main supply route) leading from the Roki tunnel.

Plan
The plan devised by myself and Chocks is to strike the tunnel entrance (waypoint 2) with a preprogramed GBU-38 (JDAM) attack using one pair of jets (Matt and Hades) once Colt 1 and 2 (Matt and Hades) have destroyed the tunnel entrance they will destroy a BTR group located at waypoint 3.

While this is happening Colts 3 and 4 (Chocks and Nigel) will fly direct to waypoint 4 and start searching backwards up the the MSR towards WP 3, this is to ensure the BTR's destruction at WP 3 PRIOR to colts 3 and 4's (Chocks and Nigel's) arrival at that location.

Only once both of these objectives are complete will Colt flight complete fly south west towards the coast to return to HMS Hermes for tea and medals.

I need to hit home the completion of both objectives is VITAL to mission success the friendly vehicles that we are protecting are not capable of a fire fight against armoured vehicles....therefore our CAS is imperative to mission success and protection of the ground assets.

Fuel states for this mission are as follows
Fuel States:
Chicken - 5300Lbs
Joker - 8900Lbs
