Air refuelling - Starboard basket practice...
It was asked how to practice starboard basket refuelling ..... the ai Tanker always puts you onto the left basket by default.... likewise in MP if that basket is unoccupied.
There is a different sight perspective between the left and right baskets which often for some makes it seem harder to connect and hold on starboard. Unless tanking in MP with friends it can be difficult to practice.
Anyway, here is a simple F18 mission in which you can force a right basket tank if you want to practice or at a specific WP position on the map in MP....
A taker is established and an ai F18 (for example) with around 25% fuel spawning behind set with an advance action to refuel... You spawn next to them in a client F18.... When the ai is on the left basket then YOU refuel on the right basket...
Might be useful for some....
For other AC simply change the client AC to F14 / AV8 and if for the F16 change the tanker too.... if for the A10 you need to change the speeds to an elderly, very sedate pace to avoid health problems....
