SENIOR UH1H PILOT

The following pilots have successfully demonstrated the competencies as defined in the Senior UH1H Pilot training programme.
  • Group Captain Neil Willis - RAF Air UK
  • Wing Commander John (Scooby) Burton
  • Flight Lieutenant 0405 ANDREW
  • Pilot Officer Neal Baker
and are entitled to display this icon in their signature if so desired:

In addition Wing Commander John (Scooby) Burton has successfully demonstrated the competencies as defined in the UH1H Gunship training programme and accordingly is encouraged to pay his bar bill!

Thanks for the journey... Next step, if desired, is Master Pilot which requires:
  1. minimum of 20 logged hours as PC of UH1H engaged in RAFAIR operations
  2. minimum of 5 hours logged as Flight Lead of UH1H Utility or Gunship Flight
  3. Successfully demonstrated the competencies of the UH1H / Mi-17 Gunship Programme OR
    Successfully demonstrated the competencies of Basic Pilot Mi8 / Mi-17 / SA342 / Ka-50
