well done to all those who passed last nite flying da numbers, i left early due to reaching pain threshold , not sure how much more of this siactic and shulder back pain i can take , thick i go find a curb and jumb off it , its worked before at poping the back back into place .

We feel for you Mutley. I have experienced mild back pain, and that was bad enough. I can't imagine how difficult things are for you right now. Speedy recovery mate.

wernt be to bad if i could get comferble , cant sit or stand or lie down proper, i can sit in arm chair with feet rased to heart level but that dont do my curralation much good and n can only do it for 2 hrs , have noticed thou since my back has been out my foot and ankle hasnt swallon up weird
