Huey Multicrew nights

Post by 0405 Andrew »

Huey Multicrew....

Get your backseat driver... here....
https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/ ... 5.6.59398/

Seriously I'm not sure how this will work out, but maybe instead of using the knee board marker the Aircraft commander keeps his finger on the map while the co-pilot is on the controls.

TS could be interesting "I've got it" "no you haven't"

I'm also thinking of setting up a virtual travel company, sit someone in with VR on and take them for a trip round the harbour.

I'm a total beginner in the Huey, but if you need a gunner or a spare bod, just let me know.

That would be cool to turn off all nav aids, f10, knee board etc. Then argue over where the f**k we are and who's fault it was !
Filthy would pipe up from the back saying he needs the services.....

There are formal procedures for that.... simples.... the only issue will be the same as the gazelle, where IP latency becomes a problem... say 1 from UK and the other US, one pnging the server at 20m and the other 400ms. Polychop had diffs getting round this then gave up. A simple AP for the transition would a fix.... how ED manage we're soon find out. I do not think it brings much to the table other than people wanting to jump in and fire the guns. A Gunship with 2 crew would be different with flex mode with he co pilot - allows accurate piloting. It will be handy for demonstrating to new pilots though. The only reason it is being released is because 1) they promised it on release 5 years ago and 2) as a test bed for the Hind with a spill over links for the Kiowa
Kind Regards
Chris :)
