Pre deployment Training mission - 6 September

Good morning one and all

with the gradual move from Summer to Autumn it seems the time to re-energise the 60Sqn monday nights! I am planning a mission for the 6th which is a 'pre deployment training mission'.

60 Sqn have been temporaily been attached to an amphibious assault unit operating around the pacific. Initially we will be developing our SOP's for water bourne operations and practicing ship to ship and ship to shore taskings.

The Sqn has a multinational orbat and as a consequence we have a number of Hind helis on temoprary attachement from the Czech Republic. These are attached to support any offensive operations we may be tasked with.

it is. We have tried 2 or 3 missions and they work well.
