Training map updated

Hi All

I have though updated the training and Ops miz fr both night and day training. I have:
a. Set the naval elements to sail in a racetrack out to sea (previously static)
b. Enlarged the firing range by alot!
c. Set the Enemy in the Valley area to weapons free (only here not elsewhere).
d. Randomised the spawning of any destroyed En on the range and Recce area.

I will load this on tomorrow.
