That is a good sign anyway Plexi.
There are plenty of Servers that become unplayable as is mine (low RAM) and ED are looking into it... it seems all related to memory holes.... and then server software, clients and a/c type all come into play.... If you have a heavy spec PC as a server it seems all may be good. Throw in low RAM and high polygon models such as the Tomcat and problems may occur.
It is all normal with new maps.... Nevada was the same as was Normandy, now look at them, fast 'n smooth with no issues....
Single play use cannot be compared to infinitely variable server loadings

Re: Syria map
I had a trip round Beirut. The harbour we all know so well after that awful explosion, is all there including the warehouse and grain silos.
This map certainly has an awful lot of detail, you get the sense of how dense the cities are, flying in to Beirut airport, your'e taking the washing off the line on finals.
I also had a flight from Haifa, over Nazerth up to the sea of Gallilee and the Golan heights. Amazing to see how close it is all together. They haven't spared the bared wire on the border.
This map is an education and I certainly recommend it.

Re: Syria map
Evening guys,
I have added the Syria airfields to the PIREP entry page so that you can now file for Syria flights.

Thanks Richard. Be interesting to see just how many use this map. Incredible in the Sunrise and Sunset, the lights are surreal, you could almost be there for real they look that good.
