Hello world :)

Post by Uncle Muzz »

Hello Everyone,

Hope this email finds you all safe and well and all the best for 2022 and beyond (sorry for the delay I didn't know you existed until last night) :D

My name is Murray Napier (In game name will be Uncle Muzz) and I have been simming for more time than I can remember. Local airbase is RAF Leuchars and may an airshow was enjoyed knee high to a grasshopper (It was an RAF base now Army) I had a long break from it for a while (Lock On: Modern Air Combat vintage) but having bought a new pc and here I am. Gave DCS a go and its been the best thing I have ever done as its been great relaxation. Nothing better than coming home chilling out with a brew and putting warheads on foreheads after a hard days graft.

I have applied and been accepted into 1 Squadron (Sorry 1 Squadron...) could be worse just think of me as active chaff...

I was on DCS last night and found myself on a MP server flying over Syria alone (apart from red AI) its just no fun and you feel lonely.

Looking forward to getting involved and contributing with my new found friends. Thank you for having me and from what I have seen I am glad to be here and will enjoy my new home.

Look after yourself and stay safe out there.

Many Thanks,

Murray :D

Welcome Muzz, you'll definitely enjoy flying with 1f and the Harrier with others/multiplayer in its CAS role. Its an awesome machine and still one of my favorites!

Welcome Muzz, should you decide to have a go at the F18 some time come and pay us a visit on the OCU and we'll explain what we do...

Yes, multiplayer is where DCS shines, see you in the air ....
Sometimes stuff is supposed to fall off....sometimes not.
I still can't be sure which... :?

Hi Muzz. Welcome. Look forward to seeing you in the air. I fly the A-10CII.
I remember Leuchars, when they had Phantoms and Ligthnings.
