I've been flying SIM's since 1985 with a preference for Warbirds.
My favourite rides are the Spit IX and P51.
I'm looking for a "mature" squadron that flies as realistically as possible on a regular basis.

I see you like the warbirds! there are VPilots here who fly them but me being purely an F-16 bod I have no idea who the best person to contact is.

We do have some interest in WW2, but things have gone rather quiet in 19 Squadron lately, so no missions have been flown for a while.

Now the South Atlantic map is out, we may well have to re-enact 663 Squadron's exploits in the Fjords though!

Ha, ha!
I do have most of the modern mules and fly mainly the F-18A and enjoying the F-16 as far as it is developed at this time.
But . . . . I do so much enjoy looking out of the cockpit instead of head down on a computer screen and managing the clutch and gears when trying to beat the crap out of a ne'er do well.

The Dover area is a sweet memory of mine between France and England and the Ferry back and forth - back in the day.

Hi Neil,
We've crossed paths in the past at some point I think.
What I'm reading here is that the WWII stuff is in abeyance at this time and the priority is modern jets.

My poor brain boggles at the use of auto transmissions. What I tend to do in the jets is focus on one or two singular types of weapons deployments only.
