A-10C Hog Flight please. I'm assuming the mission will be "Op Deep Valley", as it's briefing was posted at 1007hrs, after the initial mission naming at 0908hrs.

I am trying to update this mission at the moment. It will probably now include 4 x F-16 slots for LL to an airfield laydown attack. F-18s will be combined SEAD and CAP (JDAMs and HARM capability required). A-10s and F-14s remain largely as before.

I suggest another 4 are added to make the total 8 please Alan? This is pretty much essential for all missions. Perhaps a full Squadron of each type we use right now might be sensible going forwards? Even if we don't have a lot for them to do, having the mission populated will be useful at least.

Well as a squadron we have 7 regular F14 pilots and a RIO who can pilot also.

So far this mission we have F14's booked for Mutley, Father Cool, Alien, Scooby, Eshark, and UberMongo in Scoobys RIO seat. Thats a full house of 5 aircraft with the current set up as 4x carrier and one land based. Pongo has dropped out tonight and Ferret hasn't checked in so don't know if he was intending to fly.

Moving forward it may be worth doing a carrier based 4 ship and a land based 4 ship giving us a potential 8xF14s if necessary so people don't miss out should everyone turn up.

We also have the ability to run air to ground sorties with our Bombcat squadron if we are overdoing it with 8 aircraft on CAP. Food for thought thats all.

Regards
