Not sure that I am going to be able to make it. I will let you know.
Addendum: Looks as though I should be OK.

Re: Tuesday 16th June 2020
I am about to start bringing this mission up to date to try to match the increasing capabilities of our airframes (A-10C, F-14B, F-16, and F-18), and our personnel strengths.
To help, I would be grateful, for the earliest indication of how many of us are likely to want to fly on this mission, in what ac, and in what role.
At present I am looking at (in the longer run) up to:
Eight (2 flights of A-10Cs), largely unchanged in role and route.
Eight (2 Flights of F-14s), all carrier based and primarily CAP.
Eight (2 Flights of F-16), at present airfield attack
Eight (2 Flights of F-18s), at present SEAD and/or airfield attack, from carrier and/or airfield.
Eight (2 flights of AV-8Bs), carrier or land based for ground attack.
It is unlikely to be in this form for next week's mission, and so to give me a clue where the priorities lie, I am seeking input from an appointed rep from each of the different aircraft types. All inputs should be sensible in terms of both numbers and capabilities, both as regards aircraft and personnel. For example, if you ask for a SEAD role say, you had better have the aircraft, weapons, and trained personnel to fulfil it.
I await names, and fully formed requests. Time is of the essence.
Needless to say, given my advanced age and increasing proven irascibility I can only accept inputs in joined up writing, with punctuation, proper use of capitals and with no MUAs (Made-up acronyms). If I can't understand it I can't see it!

Re: Tuesday 16th June 2020
My first thought on F-18s is that we could probably go with just a single flight of 4 unless the OCU are joining the fray. We as a single flight can take on more than a single task as long as the second isn’t time critical of course.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Thanks, Neil. I will come to you as F-18 lead, then. One Flt, pencilled in for SEAD, from the Abraham Lincoln, using HARM, and GBU-12 with a Pod, and with a secondary task of AD. OK?

No briefing yet, Luis. At the moment I am trying to work out how many ac of what types I need to include.
As soon as I get the numbers in, I can do the detailed planning.
