Tuesday 19th mission

Post by 0405 Andrew »

Faux Fulda seemed to go down well.

I'm still struggling for time and inspiration. How about we run Faux Fulda again, I can mix up the targets a bit or we can also swap targets maybe?

Cheers

Seems like a good plan m8. Mixing the targets up will keep it fresh

Andrew, is it still your intention to re-run F-F nest Tuesday? If so, 97 would welcome an increase in LL visibility in our target area.

Thanks Danny and Alan, I would happily run it, however as there has been a very lacklustre response from RAF Air and there's a heat wave predicted for Tuesday I thought maybe give it a miss. I understand that some of you live in cooler climates like York, but even there I believe it may be over 20 C, which I'm sure you're not used to.

If there is a response from RAF Air I can certainly run it or something the following week. However it does require active participation to keep these things rolling rather than just turning up on the night assuming a mission will be running.

Of course anyone is welcome to write a mission and help will be given to get it up and running.
(I'm not moaning just hot.)

Andrew, it is due to be 34 ish on Tuesday here in the Midlands, so putting it off due to the heat may not be a bad idea.

Not really the done thing to fly in budgie smugglers.
