Are those missile specifically for shooting down Phantoms?

its a typo you numpty! he meant to put qf4, the rio gets a radio controller to guide qf4s in for a kamikaze attack, if they get really desperate they put tactical nukes on the qf4 so they wreck entire bomber streams
