Please note: It is advisable to use JSGME to install these mods so they can easily be disabled before updating DCS World, and will make it easy to replace units as and when they are changed.

The majority of the mods have the correct file path, so will work with JSGME without problems, but it is wise to open the downloaded and unzipped file to check that you have the following file structures:

Aircraft - [Name of aircraft]/mods/aircraft[Name of aircraft]/ and within that, the contents of the mod.

Other items - [Name of ship or vehicle]/mods/tech[Name of ship or vehicle]/ and within that the contents of the mod.

Once you install the mod, you can check it is correctly installed by opening up the Mission Editor, and if it exists in the unit listings when you place a unit, it will work for our WW2 missions.

It seems the long awaited damage model isn't too far away now.

Quote from Sithspawn on the ED forum... "I am happy to be able to give you a small update on the new Damage Model ED has been working hard on. An early version has now been submitted to ED internal testers. As Testing proceeds and all the bugs are squashed, expect some more info to be shared, hopefully some screenshots and/or videos as well!"
