Kernow Hermit here , now back at home feet up, result of scan is a few minor tears in ligiments n tendons , but serve capsilistion in the joint and rotator cuff. so i rekon they get me in put me out cortisode inections and have a good play with sholder etc might even have to break it to free it up.

News just in .......... Just had the x ray which i shud have had mths ago when i told the GP shoulder was broke and yes indeed shoulder broken in 2 places , A/C joint clean breack and top of the Clavical ........... fuming at the GP
