Re: Offset / Extender for Warthog stick
Mine cost around £30.00. I got a length of acrylic tubing, and a keyboard extension cable. The tube took a little adapting to fit, using a hot gun, then a lick of silver paint on the inside surface. Works a treat.

Re_arm/Refuel at start-up
At mission start-up, you can re-arm/refuel without waiting to start engines etc. F8 is also the equivalent of leaning out of the cockpit and politely (of course) asking the ground crew to "fill 'er up mate, and while you're at it, bung on a few of those things wot go bang!"
Then, while they're busy with their tasking, you can fire up, and then when it comes to the Load All button on the MFCDs, just wait until you get the re-arming complete message from the ground crew before giving it the customary push.
One A-10C armed and fuelled, with the DSMS matching the load-out.

Re: Youtuber's
This Guy - Gerry Abbot, has some very good tutorials, for stuff like setting up Track IR, voice activated radio comms within DCS, well worth a look.

Maple Flag Missions
Maple Flag do some very testing check ride missions.
They're not free, but the cost is low, and they're certainly going to challenge even the most competent A-10C sim pilots. Here is the link to their website (I must point out here that I am in no way associated with their organisation).

Kneeboard Plates
Since DCS 1.2.8 came along, there is a folder, located within your saved games folder called the Kneeboard folder - not surprisingly - where jpegs can be placed, and viewed during flight using the Kneeboard facility (R-Shift K). So briefings, airfield plates, pictures of your favorite RAF Air aces, or anything else you care to add can be put in the folder, and scrolled through using the ([ & ]) keys.
