Well, a few of us were, but that's sidetracking.
Looks like a great mission for multiplayer in NTTR using choppers.

I saw this, but was a bit put off by the John Wayne guff attached to it. I will download it and see what it looks like.
I also have a mini-mission, possibly for insertion in the Caucasus playground. It involves up to 2 x Hueys, escorted by up to 2 x Gazelles, doing a low-level SF extraction via valleys with bad guys looking to stop you. You can fly it as a singleton and just about get through without firing a shot. It lasts about 1:15, and I must confess after each flight, I feel quite 'adrenalined'.
What I am not sure is how easy it would be to insert it into the generic mission. Obviously, I would need Matt, help in doing this. Perhaps when we get back, the three of us could try it, it would be great if Neil could fly a Gazelle, perhaps with Matt as a gunner, and I flew the Huey. I don't think I could cope with the Gazelle in that environment for a full hour or more!

The John Wayne guff is from the film - which is very closely based on a real mission. Apparently the CO was a bit of a Gung Ho guy, and I believe he was an advisor on the film.
If you haven't seen the film, I'd recommend it. It is pretty realistic as far as battle casualties is concerned however.
