Yea, with the new High Res cockpit they released a couple of weeks ago, even with the floodlighting turned up full it can be hard to see some of the switches, needed for startup.
I suppose I could of used NVG's, but the mfd's always blind them. Yes I know MFD's have a night setting, but they still get blinded.

Indeed.
Its more about enjoyment for me though. Night flying is just instrument simulator, I like to look outside and enjoy flying.

i surpose night flying is ok if you have 2 eyes and the nvg dont give you flashbacks

Monitors are 2d anyway and you dont need nvg either mucker, theres a torch ingame
