Spit v Fw-190 A5 Dogfight

Attached is a simple re-write of the standard DCS dogfight, pitting you and your Spitfire against a Fw-190 A5. You will need to down-load this variant of the Fw-190, as described by Neil elsewhere in the forum.
The Fw-190A was superior to the Spit Mk V, and the Spitfire IX was introduced to counter this threat. Thus it is a contemporary and realistic matching of aircraft types.
The Fw-190 pilot skill is set to Average, and this is ideal for starting to learn air-to-air. In addition, you should be able to just set 2650rpm and +7" boost, and fly without bothering about your engine blowing up, provided you don't let the speed drop below 160-180 kias for more than 10-15 secs at a time.
This is a reasonably easy opponent, and if you want to spice it up, use the Mission Editor to adjust the Fw-190 pilot skill - expert is the highest. You can then increase your power settings to 2850rpm/+12", and introduce further workload to keep you honest.
