Hi all,
I have created a AAR day training mission, on the map you will have all squadron aircraft (one cold and dark and another air start) for all your tanking needs!
Tankers
Texaco (Harrier, F18C,F14B) - 251.200Mhz - 55X Tacan
280Knts - 20000ft
Shell (A10C) - 251.600Mhz - 56X Tacan
193Knts - 19000ft
Arco (F16C) - 251.400Mhz - 57X Tacan
324Knts - 18000ft
Air starts begin 4NM level behind the tankers
Just drop the mission in to your Savedgames/Missions folder

Re: RAF Air AAR Training Day
Hi Matt just tried your day refuelling in A10-C II, Smooth as silk, took on full load 11,100lb from 4000lb. Nice one.
Only criticism, could you lower tanker to 15,000ft, it takes forever to get up to 19,000ft in an A-10. Especially if you are fully loaded and down to 50% fuel on take-off. Thanks
Paul.

Re: RAF Air AAR Training Day
So its at 280 because the Harrier will struggle at 300, 300 is the very max for harrier AAR but around 280 is smooth, wnd I've found 280 no issues for either the f18 or f14 in AAR.
