What better way to start off command of 3(F) Squadron than promoting Muff, Sukebe and George to the Rank of Flight Lieutenant
well done gentlemen your contribution in getting the new F-16 squadron up and running was essential I know Neil and I could not have wished for better.

With the new ranks we have assigned each to lead a particular section of 3(F) Squadron

Flight Lieutenant George will be in charge of Strategic & Tactical mission planning ( Mission creation, Tactical Training and Tac-Eval )

Flight Lieutenant Muff will be in charge of the Air Superiority wing ( Air to Air)

Flight Lieutenant Sukebe will now head the Strike Force wing (Air to Ground)

Combined they will join Neil and I in training our pilots hopefully to OCU standards.
