3(F) Squadron Promotions
With the launch of Viper School and the excellent work put in brining it online I am delighted to promote Flight Lieutenant Sharpe to the Rank of Squadron Leader and the role of leading the Viper School Training Programme as the Senior Instructor Pilot.

Pilot Officer James "Merlin"Herbert and Pilot Officer Andrew " Danny" Daniel will be promoted to Flying Officers with immediate effect and with their efforts to become IP's in the Viper School .

Pilot Officer Beanie has also made a huge contribution to 3(F) and I am delighted to reward his efforts in producing the A/C skins for the F-16 his continued support as a founding members of 3(F) Squadron and his commitment to joining the Viper School Programme as a future IP. In recognition of the outstanding efforts I will be promoting him to Flying Officer.
